The North Estonia Medical Centre
Every year, The North Estonia Medical Centre organizes a recognition event where it highlights its employees and thanks them for what they have done during the year. At the festive gala, the titles of doctor of the year and colleague of the year are awarded. When developing the concept solution, the goal was to create a special evening where the guests would feel like real stars. We started with keywords like "television broadcast" and "blood transfusion", which together formed a thank-you show that filled the whole evening. We created a televised "Tänutähe gala", the program of which consisted of interviews, an accompanying band, recognition of colleagues and humorous video clips. A Hollywood-style walk of fame awaited each employee with a star named after him. Over a thousand golden "thank you stars" created a special experience for those who arrived and allowed them to capture themselves in the starlight during the evening. The host of the Hollywood-style "Thank You Gala" was TV star Anu Välba, who connected the entire gala evening into a single whole with lively interviews. Special thanksgiving songs of the The North Estonia Medical Centre were prepared from well-known songs with new words, and this is how the humorous "And then I'm like a hero in the hospital team..." and "And just standing next to me, the whole hospital together" sounded like that. Humorous clips in the style of movie trailers such as "Secret Thank You Operation", "Sparkling Thank You Injection" and "Thank You Transfer" added variety to the cinematic thank you gala. In addition to the actor Kait Kalli, the employees of the Regional Hospital also appeared in these clips. After the event, the videos received a lot of positive attention on the hospital's social media. In special photo corners, guests could capture themselves as movie stars, excitement was created by a digital wish machine. The result was a special Hollywood-style "Star Gala", which offered guests a cinematic experience from the moment they arrived until the last minutes of the party. Thank you songs about health care, lively interviews, humorous film clips, and the walk of fame specially written for this occasion created a particularly memorable atmosphere where the employees of the Regional Hospital could feel like real superstars. The event fulfilled its purpose, putting every healthcare employee of the The North Estonia Medical Centre on a pedestal and making them feel like a real star of thanks.
